Do you offer a free trial on paid plans?
Yes — all paid plans come with a 7-day free trial. No credit card required. You'll only be charged if you decide to continue after the trial.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When upgrading, you're charged the prorated difference immediately. When downgrading, the change takes effect at your next billing date.
What happens when I exceed my competitor limit?
We'll email you at 80% of your limit. You can remove old monitors or upgrade. We never silently stop monitoring — we'll always warn you first.
Is there a refund policy?
Yes. If you're not happy with PricePulse within the first 14 days of any paid plan, we'll refund you in full. Just email us.
Do you offer discounts for startups or indie hackers?
If you're early stage (pre-revenue or under $1K MRR), reach out at hello@getpricepulse.com with a short note. We offer 50% off for up to 6 months.
