Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By using PricePulse, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
2. Free & Paid Plans
- Free Plan: Monitor up to 2 competitors, daily checks, 7-day history. No payment required. We may discontinue free plans with 30 days' notice.
- Paid Plans: Starter ($19/mo) and Pro ($49/mo) include additional features. Billed monthly or annually. You can cancel anytime.
- Billing: You authorize us to charge your payment method each billing cycle. Stripe processes all payments securely.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use PricePulse for illegal purposes or violate any laws
- Monitor URLs you don't own or have permission to monitor
- Spam, abuse, or DDoS our service
- Try to hack, crack, or break into our servers
- Resell or redistribute access to PricePulse
- Monitor the same URL more than once across multiple accounts (defeats the purpose)
4. Intellectual Property
- Our content: Everything on PricePulse (design, copy, code) is our property
- Your data: You own the monitor list and settings you create. We own the snapshots and diffs we generate
- Monitored pages: You're monitoring third-party websites. We have no ownership over their content
5. Limitations of Liability
PricePulse is provided "as is." We're not responsible for:
- Missed price changes (internet issues, third-party site changes, monitoring delays)
- Business losses due to pricing intelligence (this is informational, not investment advice)
- Data loss if you don't maintain your own backups
- Third-party service outages (Stripe, Resend, Supabase)
6. Service Availability
We aim for 99% uptime, but we don't guarantee it. We may:
- Take the service down for maintenance (we'll notify you in advance)
- Experience outages due to infrastructure issues beyond our control
- Deprecate features or change the service with 30 days' notice
7. Cancellation & Refunds
- Paid subscriptions: Cancel anytime from your account settings. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. No refunds for partially-used months.
- Account deletion: Email hello@getpricepulse.com to delete your account. We'll delete your data within 30 days.
8. Price Changes
We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Your existing subscription stays at the current price until the next renewal.

- Disputes: We'll try to resolve issues amicably. If not resolved within 30 days, contact Stripe (for payment disputes) or small claims court in your jurisdiction.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms. Continued use of PricePulse means you accept the new terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction and the jurisdiction where we operate.
